I like to use this mask when I feel my skin is stressed, or when I feel problematic acne is knocking on my door. I’ve been battling acne as an adult, and while it can’t prevent cystic acne from happening, it sure helps with the aftermath!

Unlike other masks I have used, I have not noticed any skin redness (which usually fades as the skin calms). Depending on my skin needs, I follow up with a spot treatment.
